Use this article if:

• You have your Secret Recovery Phrase
• You want to import that Secret Recovery Phrase/wallet into AnCrypto

For an existing AnCrypto install, you will need to reset your wallet in order to restore from a Secret Recovery Phrase.

Warning: If you are importing a new wallet to the AnCrypto app, some vital data related to your current wallet will be erased. In simpler terms, if you import a new wallet to the AnCrypto app, and you already have a wallet being operated on the app, some data, like the Secret Recovery Phrase, of your current wallet will be overwritten. 

What if you are restoring multiple accounts? #

If you are operating multiple accounts using only one Secret Recovery Phrase, all the accounts will be automatically restored using that Secret Recovery Phrase. However, this phenomenon is not applicable to hardware wallets, they should be manually re-added. 

But if all the accounts are not automatically added, you can add them manually. To add them, open the Manage Wallet tab of the app, and select the icon appearing on the bottom right corner of the app. Then select the Create or Import wallet option to import your wallet.
